Mission: HR department was constituted with an ultimate aim to ensure that every newbie transforms to a valuable human asset.

HR Department provides free and fair chance to every eligible candidate to present herself/ himself in front of selection committee.

On the other hand HR department also makes sure that existing employees also develop and update themselves.

HR department has well written selection, assessment and promotional policies.
